Desperate for a good related posts plug in
Can anyone suggest what the best related posts plug in is ?
I've tried lots and none of them are what I am hoping for. Apart from having a good algorithm that finds relevant content, I want it to display a thumbnail and an excerpt. Hopefully also with a widget but that can be worked around. What related post plug ins do folks use ?

There are many plugins out there. Yet another related posts and Wordpress related posts are ones I have used in the past. Though, I do not use one currently as plugins scare me

this is the one I use. It works on tags and also time stamp. So it gives related posts of similar tags and gives the most recently posted.
